Are you bored with cooking the same thing all the time? Do you love to eat but have forgotten where the cooker is?

Catch Up and Cook shows you how to cook new and exciting dishes in a relaxed and informal environment.
Have a chat and a laugh, do a bit of cooking and eat some lovely grub.
Each week we will look at a different area of cooking, share recipes and techniques and (most importantly) have a taste.

Thinner Dinners
Thinner Dinners is a cookery course that will show you the skills you need to make favourite dishes healthier, inspire you with new ideas and ways to your five a day. It will inspire healthier, balanced meals for you and your family. So - scummy dishes that will make you scrummier!!
Festival of feasts
A 10 week course looking at a different area of the world each week. Italian week you’ll learn how to make fresh pasta, an Italian style salad and tiramisu. Other themes include Mexican, Indian, Chinese and French. What more do you need?
